About the Role:
Based at Sandlings Primary School, Woodbridge, IP12 3TD, you will be working 23.75 hours a week, Mon - Fri 9am - 1.45pm, 38.6 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in ensuring the delivery of nutritious meals and compliance with food safety standards.
Your responsibilities will include
- Manage the day-to-day running of the school kitchen - Lone worker role
- Prepare and serve meals to pupils and staff - Roughly 45 per day, hot and cold
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Order stock and manage budgets effectively
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
