School Kitchen Assistant
Location: Norwich
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30-13:30 (Term Time only).
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Weekly Hours: 15
Setting: Working within a school environment
The main role is to support the chef in meal service to the students. This involves basic food preparation, chopping vegetables, making salads, and sandwiches. Serving food and drinks over a counter and washing up and clearing away. Food hygiene and safety standards to be followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Basic food preparation
* Serving food and drinks
* Keeping the kitchen clean by washing up and clearing away
* Report any issues to the site team

*Must hold a an up do date food hygiene certificate. * Able to work independently * Must hold a valid enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
