A Head of Kitchen is required to lead the catering team at Priestic Primary School. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality meals in line with nutritional standards and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the school kitchen
• Prepare and serve meals to pupils and staff
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
• Order and manage stock efficiently
• Supervise and support kitchen staff

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Enhanced DBS required or willingness to obtain one
