Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:45am to 1:00pm (Term Time Only)
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Weekly Hours: 6.25 hours
Setting: Working within a school environment

A Food Service Assistant is required to support the catering team at Lovers Lane Primary & Nursery in Newark. This role ensures meals are served efficiently and the dining area is kept clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and serving of meals
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
• Follow health and safety and food hygiene procedures
• Support the catering team with daily tasks

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous catering experience preferred
• Must hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one
