Head of Kitchen (Primary School)
Location: Cotgrave Church of England Primary School, The Cross, Cotgrave, Nottinghamshire, NG12 3HS
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30am to 1:30pm (Term Time Only)
Salary: £13.27 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Weekly Hours: 25 hours
Setting: Working within a school environment

A Head of Kitchen is required at Cotgrave Primary School. This role involves food preparation, ensuring high standards of hygiene and service, and delivering nutritious meals to pupils. (This is a lone worker role)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the preparation and serving of meals
* Manage daily operations
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards
* Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
* Liaise with school staff regarding dietary requirements and service improvements
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar catering role
* Strong organisational skills
* Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
* Friendly and professional approach
* Must hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one
