Location: Mansfield Bus Station, NG18
Hours: 32.5 hours per week on a rotating shift (4 days on, 4 days off)
Salary: £13.21 per hour (Scale 3)
Contract: Permanent
Weekly Hours: 32.5 hours
Setting: Working within a busy transport hub environment

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the Facilities Team at Mansfield Bus Station. This role involves supporting members of the public and bus operators, ensuring the site runs smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to bus station users and operators
• Maintain site security, including alarms and key holding
• Carry out cleaning, caretaking, and site management duties
• Communicate travel information clearly and assist with enquiries
• Respond to operational issues promptly and professionally

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer care skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Experience in site management and security
• Ability to work flexibly across early and late shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
• Previous experience in transport or bus depot environments desirable

Shift Pattern:

• Hours between 05:10 and 00:10 on a two-shift rota
• 4 days on, 4 days off system
• Includes weekends and bank holidays
• Shifts may be allocated at short notice to cover absence
