Mobile Assistant Cook
Location: North Nottinghamshire and Surrounding Areas
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30am to 13:30pm
Salary: £12.77 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Weekly Hours: 20 hours
Setting: Working across multiple sites within the catering team
A Mobile Assistant Cook is required to support the catering service across various locations in North Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas. This role involves preparing and serving meals to a high standard while ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and cooking of meals
- Serve food and maintain portion control
- Ensure kitchen and equipment are kept clean and hygienic
- Follow health and safety and food hygiene procedures
- Travel between sites as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and flexible with a positive attitude
- Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle
- Enhanced DBS required or willingness to obtain one
