A Head of Kitchen is required to lead the catering service at a primary school in St Wilfreds. This role ensures pupils receive nutritious meals in a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the school kitchen
- Prepare and cook meals in line with dietary requirements and menus
- Maintain food hygiene and health and safety standards
- Order and manage stock effectively
- Supervise and support kitchen staff
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar catering role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
- Reliable and proactive approach
- Must hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one
