What will the day to day look like?
We have an exciting opportunity available as a Recruitment Operations Manager within our East Anglia Region. In this role the successful individual will be responsible for the delivery of the Opus model to it’s MSP clients, ensuring that contract deliverables are met, driving our direct source model, with innovative ideas to develop this strategy, along with proactively driving cost savings across the multiple accounts.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee clients within our Suffolk & Essex Locations. The successful candidate will have , excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail & process improvement, work effectively under pressure, whilst managing and prioritising a variety workload, depending on business requirements and needs.
Additionally you will be required to travel between client sites as and when required – due to the location of these clients you must be able to drive, have a high calibre and demonstrable customer focused approach to working with clients with the ability to able to deliver complex information clearly and consistently
You’ll be part of a friendly, proactive and innovative team within the Opus East Anglia Region and required to support these areas should the business needs require it, enabling you to expanding on your skills and knowledge of the wider business.
What skills we require:
- At least 3 years recruitment experience in-house/account managing or agency recruitment role
- Highly motivated with a demonstrable passion for recruitment & people
- Excellent leadership & team management skills, driven by process improvement
- Work effectively & independently under pressure prioritising a varied workload depending on business requirements and needs.
- To be in our Ipswich Office 2 days per week and able to travel when required between client sites. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, with Ipswich being a commutable distance.
