About the Role:
Based in the West Suffolk Region (Holiday cover and sickness cover at various sites around Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Brandon, Haverhill and surrounding areas) you will be working 30 hours a week, splits shifts some early mornings and some late evenings. You'll play a key role in maintaining cleanliness to a high standard that meets our standards and delights our customers.
***Van & fuel card included along with travel time***
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning toilets and washrooms
- Wiping down tables and surfaces
- General cleaning duties across classrooms and communal areas
- Hoovering and mopping floors
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
Who are we looking for?
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- A Full Clean Drivers License
- Great communication skills and experience in similar cleaning setting
- A team player providing an excellent service across the Vertas Group
- The ability to make the best decisions with Vertas in mind
- The ability to adapt and respond to change in a growing organisation
