We are seeking 2 Neighbourhood Housing Officers to support increased workload and service backlogs across North Northamptonshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Estate inspections
- Tenancy management and reviews
- Rent arrears collection
- Tenant sign-ups and property viewings
- General neighbourhood housing management duties
Requirements
- Previous housing or tenancy management experience
- Basic DBS
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong IT skills
- Local Government or Social Housing experience desirable
Working Pattern
- 5 days onsite
- 2 days in Corby, 3 days in Kettering
- Approximately 60% field-based/site visits
