About the Role:
Based at Dunham on Trent C of E Primary School, NG22 0UN, you will be working 10 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 06:00am to 08:00am, 42 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in providing high quality caretaking services to ensure the site remains safe, secure, clean and well maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Opening and securing the school premises as required
- Carrying out day to day maintenance and minor repairs
- Conducting routine site inspections and safety checks
- Monitoring heating, lighting and alarm systems
- Maintaining health and safety records
- Supporting waste management and site cleanliness
- Reporting maintenance issues and defects promptly
- Assisting with porterage and general site duties
- Ensuring the school environment remains safe and welcoming
