About the Role:
Based at Mapplewells Primary & Nursery, NG17 1HU, you will be working 3:15pm to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday, 10 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out routine cleaning duties to a high standard.
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas.
- Emptying bins and replenishing consumable supplies.
- Following cleaning schedules and company procedures.
- Ensuring Health and Safety requirements are adhered to at all times.
- Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
- Using cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- A positive and reliable approach to work.
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- A commitment to providing excellent service.
