Opus People Solutions is looking for an ambitious and experienced In-House Recruiter to join our RPO team, supporting recruitment across the Vertas Group. This is an exciting temporary opportunity with the potential to become a permanent role for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing


As an In-House Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of permanent and temporary vacancies, ensuring we attract, engage, and secure the very best talent.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns for permanent blue-collar roles
  • Supporting ongoing temporary recruitment requirements
  • Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
  • Building and maintaining talent pools of qualified candidates
  • Screening applications and conducting candidate interviews
  • Arranging interviews and managing the offer process
  • Building strong working relationships with hiring managers and acting as a trusted recruitment partner
  • Providing market insight and recruitment advice, taking into account local labour trends and geographical challenges
  • Delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process

What We're Looking For


We're seeking a proactive recruiter who can hit the ground running and effectively manage a varied workload in a fast-moving environment.
The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an in-house, high-volume recruitment role
  • Experience recruiting for Facilities Management or blue-collar roles (desirable)
  • A genuine passion for recruitment and people
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work independently and prioritise effectively under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and customer service skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with flexibility to travel between client sites as required
