Street Care Operative

Location: Brentwood CM13 3BH
Hourly rate: £13.79
Working Hours: Monday-Friday between 10am-6pm

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Brentwood Borough Council for a Street Cleansing Operative to temporarily join their busy team within the Council's Waste & Recycling Collection department.

The sucessful candidate will be physically fit able to work outdoors in all weathers.

Role responsibilities:

• Litter picking and bin emptying in Brentwood and Sheinfield High Streets
• Manual handling and clearing of fly tipping
• Refuse and recycling collection from properties including wheeled bins, bulk containers, sacks and bulky items, manoeuvring wheeled bins between storage points and vehicles

Full UK driving licence is essential for travel to different locations.
