About the Role:
Based in Chelmsford CM1, you will be working 37.5 hours a week, Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm, 52 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Waste management
- Porterage
- Light decorating
- Maintenance work
- Cleaning
