About the Role:
Based at St Georges COE Primary School, DE11 9FJ, you will be working split shifts, 6:00am to 9:00am and 4:00pm to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in providing high quality caretaking services, including maintenance, site security and daily cleaning duties.

Your responsibilities will include:
Opening and locking the school site at the start and end of each day.
Carrying out day to day maintenance and minor repairs.
Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
Undertaking approximately 2 hours of daily cleaning, including hallways, communal areas and small classrooms.
Monitoring site stocks and maintaining cleanliness standards across the site.
Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and willingness to attend training courses, all training will be provided.
