About the Role:
Based in Ipswich, you will be working within our systems team, supporting the administration and maintenance of multiple business applications. You will play a key role in ensuring systems run smoothly, resolving issues, and supporting projects that help improve how we work.

Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and supporting various business systems and applications
Troubleshooting system issues and resolving user queries
Producing bespoke reports for key stakeholders
Supporting system projects, including onboarding new customers
Maintaining high standards across administrative processes
Creating and following user guidance documentation
Acting as a customer focused first point of contact
Raising and managing support tickets with third parties
Working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
Driving improvements and helping enhance system efficiency

Who are we looking for?
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Outlook
A willingness to learn new systems and develop technical knowledge
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
Experience working in a customer focused environment
Ability to work independently and support team members when needed
