Job Type: Covering sessions with children and families.
Working hours - As a temp, you can choose your own shifts.

About the Role
We're looking for a caring and motivated Family Support Worker to join our team in Walsall.
This is a really rewarding role where you'll be supporting children, young people, and their families through challenges and helping them move forward in a positive way. No two days are the same-you could be out in the community or in a local hub, working directly with families, and making a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and group support to families facing a range of challenges.
Safeguard children and promote their welfare at all times.
Maintain accurate records and reports.

Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable families.
Good communication skills and the ability to build trust.
A team player who can also work independently.
Good understanding of safeguarding.
Essential Requirements
Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care, Childcare, or equivalent (Level 3 or above)
Experience in a similar role
Understanding of safeguarding
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
