  • Proactively update all parties-buyers, vendors, solicitors, advisors, developers-to maintain momentum and avoid delays.
  • Liaise with third parties such as managing agents and local authorities to gather essential information and resolve chain‑related matters.
  • Prepare clear, accurate weekly Excel reports showing the status of each transaction.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline, spot risks early, and take action to keep things moving.
  • Resolve issues quickly by collaborating with solicitors and other stakeholders.
  • Lead weekly and monthly pipeline reviews to forecast exchanges and manage expectations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire journey.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and respond promptly to external queries.
  • Support the wider team during busy periods to ensure deadlines are met.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus confidence with IT systems (Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
  • Self‑Driven: Comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Highly Organised: Able to juggle a busy workload, prioritise effectively, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Detail‑Focused: You notice the small things that keep the sales process running smoothly.
  • Problem Solver: Quick thinking and adaptable when challenges arise.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at creating strong, positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Sales Progressor, within an Estate Agency, or in a conveyancing environment.
  • Familiarity with property terminology and the end‑to‑end sales process.
