Administrative Officer
Pay: £14.13 per hour, 37 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Location: Remote
Length: 3 months

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of North Northamptonshire Council for an experienced Administrative Officer to join their Children's Services department to provide support with project work which aims to deliver a new IT system in within this essential and highly important service.
Your Daily tasks will include:
- Cleansing data in the case management system (Synergy)
- Updating pupils' records
- Communicating with others to ensure the overall task of updating all pupils' records with an EHCP is achieved within the 3-month timescale
General duties in this role are:
- Working closely with services to support data quality
- Retrieving and inputting data into IT systems and spreadsheets as directed
- Manipulating data within systems
- Monitoring the project mailbox(es), ensuring that requests are dealt with efficiently and appropriately
- Supporting system testing (User Acceptance Testing) as required
- Ensuring communication with internal and external partners is undertaken as directed
- Supporting the Project Team and services with training activities for system users
- Undertaking training as required to fulfil the role fully
- Attending meetings as requested
- Any other reasonable tasks within the role's scope
The perfect candidate will:
- Be experienced in using the Synergy case management system within an Education, Health and Care service
- Be a fast learner with strong organisational skills
- Collaborate well with others and be flexible in their approach to meet the demands of the post and team
- Be able to deal with confidential and sensitive information
- Be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Understand and be able to comply with the Council's policies and procedures
