About the Role:
Based at Unit 40 Fred Castle Way, Rougham Industrial Estate, IP30 9ND, you will be working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time, across two daily shifts: approximately 06:30-09:00 and 14:30-17:00. You'll play a vital role providing safe and reliable home-to-school transport for children, including those with special educational needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely transporting children from home to school and back
- Ensuring pupils are collected and dropped off securely and punctually
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle
- Following safeguarding and duty-of-care procedures at all times
Who are we looking for?
- Full UK driving licence (clean licence preferred)
- Valid West Suffolk Private Hire Licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Professional, reliable, and caring approach
- Previous driving or customer service experience (desirable)
- Willingness to enter a training bond if a Private Hire Licence is not currently held
