About the Roles
We are recruiting Mobile Cleaners to support cleaning operations across multiple sites in the Newark-on-Trent area. These are mobile roles, so the ability to travel between locations is essential.
All roles follow similar working patterns with split shifts:
Shift Pattern:
* Morning: 06:00 - 08:00
* Afternoon: 15:30 - 17:30 (or 3.30pm-5.30pm depending on site requirements)
Available Hours per Role:
* Role 1: 20 hours per week
* Role 2: 25 hours per week
* Role 3: 20 hours per week
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Travelling between sites within the Newark-on-Trent area
* Cleaning classrooms, offices, and communal areas
* Wiping down surfaces and touch points
* Cleaning toilets and washrooms
* Hoovering and mopping floors
* Maintaining excellent hygiene standards across all sites
Who Are We Looking For?
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Enhanced DBS check required - willingness to obtain if needed
* Good communication skills and experience within a similar setting
* A team player with a strong customer service mindset
* Someone who can make effective decisions with Vertas in mind
* Must be adaptable, reliable, and flexible within a growing organisation
* Must have the ability to travel between sites (mobile role)
