About the Role:
Based at Prospect Hill Infant and Nursery School, S81 0LR, you will be working 37 hours per week on an AM / PM split shift. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
- Ensuring heating, lighting and alarm systems operate correctly
- Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records
- Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties
- Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and attending mandatory training
