About the Role:
Based at Dunham on Trent C of E Primary School, NG22 0UN, you will be working Monday to Friday, 6am - 8am, 10 hours per week. You will play a vital role in ensuring the school site is safe, secure and well-maintained. This role could be suitable for one person covering both required areas.
Your responsibilities will include
- Opening the school and ensuring the site is safe each morning
- Carrying out basic maintenance and repair tasks
- Conducting regular checks to ensure the building is clean, safe and compliant
- Managing site security including locking/unlocking
- Supporting with setting up rooms or equipment as required
- Following all health and safety procedures
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role preferred
- Ability to work independently, using initiative and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, trustworthy and flexible with a positive attitude
