About the Role
Based at Saint Benedict Catholic Voluntary Academy, this is a relief position working as and when required.
Shifts will be during evenings, 3pm-7pm, with the flexibility to work 2-hour or 4-hour shifts depending on operational needs.
This role is term time only - 18 weeks per year.
You'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that meets our high standards and delights our customers.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Cleaning toilets and washrooms
* Wiping down tables and surfaces
* General cleaning duties across classrooms and communal areas
* Hoovering and mopping floors
* Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
Who Are We Looking For?
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Enhanced DBS check required - willingness to obtain one if needed
* Great communication skills and experience in a similar cleaning setting
* A team player providing excellent service across the Vertas Group
* Ability to make the best decisions with Vertas in mind
* Flexible and adaptable within a growing organisation
