About the Role:
Based at Lantern Lane Primary School Annex - LE12 6QN, you will be working split shifts - 7:00am to 8:30am and 4:30pm to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly
Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records
Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties
Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided)
