Are you passionate about facilities support, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service? Vertas is looking for a dedicated Facilities Management Assistant (FMA) to join our Facilities Team at Hunloke Park Primary.

About the Role:
This role offers various hours per week, Monday to Friday. You'll play a key role in providing high‑quality facilities support, ensuring the site is safe, compliant, clean, and well maintained. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, problem‑solving, and taking ownership of routine site tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Locking and unlocking the school site
  • Carrying out day‑to‑day compliance checks and basic testing
  • Undertaking cleaning duties
  • Carrying out first‑fix repairs and basic maintenance tasks requested by the school
  • Demonstrating strong Health and Safety awareness (all training provided)
  • Maintaining site standards and ensuring a safe environment for pupils and staff
  • Supporting colleagues, customers and suppliers in line with Vertas values
