About the Role:
Based at Teledyne, you'll be working 37.5 hours a week (7am - 3pm Monday to Friday) You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs, including light painting and decorating.
- Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
- Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
- Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
- Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and have a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
