Join a global leading business...

Working closely with Strategic People Partners and key stakeholders, you'll carry out research, gather and analyse data to identify challenges, offer informed recommendations, and collaborate with the team to design and implement practical, forward‑thinking solutions. Your background in project management and data‑driven insights will help address business issues that deliver measurable impact and commercial value. Project work may include organisational design reviews, restructures, cultural initiatives, TUPE activity and more.

This role supports a hybrid working approach, giving you the flexibility to balance time between home and the office in a way that suits you, your team and the organisation. You'll spend at least two days a week (40%) working away from home, increasing to three days a week (60%) over time.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with Strategic People Partners, People Projects and the Transformation Lead to scope and manage project delivery.

  • Support, design and deliver People initiatives and innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement and add value for the business and its customers.

  • Maintain effective project controls and procedures across assigned initiatives.

  • Build strong collaborative relationships across the organisation, creating and presenting materials such as business cases and presentation packs for key stakeholders.

  • Provide regular updates on progress, milestones and potential blockers to ensure stakeholders remain informed and engaged.

  • Lead project communications, including training managers to deliver consistent, high‑quality messaging for change‑related activity.

  • Offer expert advice on People policies, processes and procedures relevant to project delivery.

  • Analyse and report on HR metrics and management information, identifying trends and recommending strategies to meet targets and address gaps (e.g., turnover, headcount, employee relations, performance, absence, reward).

What you'll bring:

  • Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in managing change or transformation projects, particularly within organisational design.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Confidence working with data, analysing trends, linking insights to business needs and developing actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.

  • A well‑organised, pragmatic approach and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

  • The capability to influence senior leaders and employees at all levels.

  • Sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential or complex situations.

  • Up‑to‑date understanding of employment legislation and its practical implications.

  • Eligibility and authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

What our clients offer:

You can expect a comprehensive and competitive rewards package, which may include:

  • Competitive annual salary based on experience

  • Performance‑related bonus

  • Contributory pension scheme

  • Life assurance

  • Private medical cover

  • 28 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays

  • Option to buy or sell up to 5 days of annual leave
