About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assessments: Undertake Section 17 and Section 47 assessments in line with statutory requirements.
- Care Planning: Manage and review Child in Need and Child Protection plans to ensure effective interventions.
- Direct Work: Engage with children and families to build relationships and provide tailored support.
- Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with health, education, and other partners to safeguard children and promote their well being.
- Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
- Experience in safeguarding and working with children and families.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
