About the Role:
Based in Swadlingcote DE11 0ER, you will be working 52 weeks per year, 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday and you'll be paid £12.41 per hour. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the Elms Midway Primary School.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out light day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
- Removal of rubbish and tidying
- Unlocking of building and gates
- Health & Safety and fire alarm checks
- Vacuuming carpeted areas and hallways
- Cleaning high hygiene areas e.g. toilets, kitchen
- Dusting and damp wiping edges and ledges around the rooms
- Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and have a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
