About the Role:
Based in Bassetlaw Area, based from NCC, S80 2AH you will be working Monday to Friday, between 6.00am and 6.00pm on a flexible rota. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
- Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
- Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
- Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
- Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and have a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
- Support and cover staff during absences
- Respond to urgent cover needs across the region
