About the Role:
Covering sites across Derbyshire, you will be working on a Zero hours basis, and you'll be paid £12.41 per hour with mileage expenses covered. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness of these sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
- Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
- Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
- Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
- Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and have a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
