Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and possess strong communication skills. Prior experience is not essential, as training will be provided to support your development in this role.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Ensure waste disposal is handled efficiently and hygienically
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or hazards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding cleaning requirements or issues
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory; full training will be provided
- Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks within the team and report any concerns clearly
