Employee Relations Partner

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Employee Relations Partner to provide expert HR support and guidance in a dynamic, multi-site organisation. This role is pivotal in managing complex employee relations cases, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation while promoting fair and consistent people management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert ER advice to managers and leaders on issues such as discipline, grievance, whistleblowing, capability, absence, change, redundancy, and TUPE.
Manage high-volume, complex ER casework from all levels of the organisation.
Review and provide guidance on letters, investigation reports, and written communications.
Coach managers to balance commercial needs with employment law and best practice.
Support ACAS early conciliation and employment tribunal cases.
Analyse ER trends to identify opportunities for policy and process improvements.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and templates.
Maintain accurate records and provide reporting on ER trends and case status.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years ER casework experience in an operational environment.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
CIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
