We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Reward Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of reward frameworks in a complex, multi-site organisation. This role is key to creating competitive, equitable, and transparent pay and benefits structures that drive organisational performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of pay bandings, grading structures, and benefit frameworks.
Ensure reward structures are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and operational teams to support organisational change.
Use analytics, benchmarking, and market insight to inform reward strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure governance, accuracy, and efficiency of reward processes, including pay reviews, job evaluation, and benefits management.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in reward solution design and management within complex organisations.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Knowledge of UK employment law and reward best practice.
Strategic thinker with a collaborative, transparent, and detail-oriented approach.
Qualifications: CIPD level 5 or 7
