Senior Reward Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Reward Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of reward frameworks in a complex, multi-site organisation. This role is key to creating competitive, equitable, and transparent pay and benefits structures that drive organisational performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design and implementation of pay bandings, grading structures, and benefit frameworks.

  • Ensure reward structures are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing data-driven insights to influence decision-making.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and operational teams to support organisational change.

  • Use analytics, benchmarking, and market insight to inform reward strategies and drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure governance, accuracy, and efficiency of reward processes, including pay reviews, job evaluation, and benefits management.


What we are looking for:


  • Proven experience in reward solution design and management within complex organisations.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Knowledge of UK employment law and reward best practice.

  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative, transparent, and detail-oriented approach.


Qualifications: CIPD level 5 or 7
