Setting: Working out in the community
A Grounds maintenance person is required to join the facilities team in the Derby area. You will be responsible for maintaining public spaces such as parks, office grounds, and local grass verges among other areas, ensuring that all are kept neat and tidy and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Grass cutting using a ride on mower.
Hedge trimming
Leaf blowing and collection
Following all health and safety procedures
Using all equipment and supplies appropriately
Reporting any issues to the site manager
