About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administration & Finance Team Leader to oversee a team of Administration and Finance Assistants. This is a pivotal role ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative and financial support across the business. You will act as the key link between senior management and the support team, driving efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Line manage Administration and Finance Assistants, providing coaching, guidance, and performance reviews.
Allocate tasks and monitor workloads to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Monitor financial processes including purchase orders, invoicing, credit control, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and deadlines.
Work with senior management to align administrative and financial support with business objectives.- Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience managing administration and finance teams.
Solid understanding of finance processes and operational administration.
Experience in facilities management or similar environment (advantageous).
Strong knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and formulas for maintaining financial data.
Proven track record of delivering process improvement initiatives.
Training will be provided where applicable.
