Opus People Solutions are looking for a creative, fast-thinking, AI-confident Marketing & Content specialist to join our team.
This is a brand-new temporary to permanent role, and we're looking for someone who is genuinely hands-on, inventive and able to turn ideas into polished content quickly - not someone who "just posts on social media."
A big part of this role is helping us attract candidates across the full breadth of a diverse range of roles - from frontline and specialist positions to professional and senior-level jobs. At Opus we work across a multi-sectors, each with different motivations and audiences, so we need someone who can adapt content and campaigns to speak to very different groups.

- High-quality, polished content creation
- Building campaigns that drive strong candidate generation
- Tailoring messaging to diverse audiences and job families
- Using AI tools confidently and creatively
- Working at pace without compromising detail
- Turning a brief into assets quickly (video, graphics, copy)
- Keeping brand voice consistent, sharp and professional
