Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Location: Crossgate House Redditch B98 7SN

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Redditch Borough Council for a Repairs Services Administrator to join the Housing Property Services department and provide administrative & customer service support by scheduling repairs for Council tenants.

Duties will include:

• Call handling
• Inbox management
• Booking appointments
• Liaising with trades persons when issuing work

This is an office based role for an initial 3 month contract, with permenant opportunity for the right candidate!
