We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) / Duty Assessment Team. This is a critical role focused on safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and families within Milton Keynes.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience (PQE).
- Valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and statutory responsibilities.
Working Arrangements
- 4 days per week (part-time).
- Hybrid working model: Expected to be in the office 3 out of 5 days.
- Induction period: First 4 weeks in the office to support onboarding and embed the Milton Keynes practice model and values.
