Job Overview:
We are looking for a Service Manager to cover the college as principal liaison with the College. Their duties will include record keeping, quality assurance inspections, site walks, Supervisors are required at each campus to cover distribution of work tasks, monitoring of the helpdesk and general day to day running of the contract
To ensure a full complement of staff attend each day, as contracted, and that all contracted hours are fulfilled. CRC must be informed of any hours not worked weekly; we expect those absences to be replaced with no loss of provision or compensated. There will be always open lines of communication between the contractor and the college, these may include ad hoc work instruction, guidance, advice. contractor's principal work instruction will be provided by the colleges online help desk. We require emergency contacts numbers.
Training - Training in proper cleaning techniques is mandatory.
Security of building, opening up for staff if required.
Stock ordering, keeping records daily
Daily meetings with client
Ensure that each member of staff is checked in and accounted for by a cleaning supervisor by means of a check in/ check out system.

Special Occasions/ Requirements
Throughout the year the college will be open during weekends or weekdays during non-term time (usually open days) which may require a special cleaning regime to cover. For cleaning carried out during weekdays normal working hours there will be no additional charge however for weekend cover then this is chargeable
Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is desirable but not essential
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
