​​Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council are neighbouring authorities in Worcestershire, working together to put customers first.

The councils have been sharing services, including management team, since 2008 to improve and protect local services for local residents.

Together, Bromsgrove and Redditch employ around 1000 staff who all play an important role in delivering key services within the community.
