Location: Annesley, NG17 9BW
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am to 16:00pm (07:00am to 15:30pm on Fridays)
Salary: £13.30 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Weekly Hours: 37 hours
Setting: Working within a depot environment

A Grounds Team Leader is required to oversee and support grounds maintenance operations in Annesley. This role ensures outdoor spaces are maintained to a high standard and leads a team to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of grounds maintenance operatives
• Plan and allocate daily tasks to ensure efficient operations
• Carry out grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming and landscaping
• Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment safely
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor work quality and report any issues to management

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance and team leadership
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to use grounds maintenance machinery and tools
• Reliable and proactive with a hands-on approach
• Must hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one
