Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of communal areas, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties.
• Assist with organising cleaning schedules and prioritising tasks based on client needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed within specified timeframes, maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning or related roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• Valid driving licence is preferred for roles requiring travel between sites.
• Good command of English language for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
