Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Service Officer to join our team based at Oak Park Head Office in Colchester. This is a full-time role working night shifts on a four-on, four-off rota, ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrolling and monitoring premises to ensure safety and security
- Responding to incidents and reporting any issues appropriately
- Maintaining accurate records and logs
- Providing a visible and reassuring presence during night hours
- Supporting other sites as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Good communication and observational skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern
- A valid driving licence may be required depending on site coverage
