We are seeking an experienced individual to operate as a collaborative Non-Executive Director (NED) working with the Board of Suffolk Group Holdings (Trading as Vertas Group) and the Vertas Group Executive Team.

The Role

We are looking for an individual with a wealth of executive-level experience gained from a substantial commercial service delivery organisation to join us as a Non–Executive Director of our Audit and Risk Committee.

Your extensive experience in navigating the complexities of large commercial environments will be instrumental in shaping the future of our business by offering strategic and commercial insight and direction. As a NED, you will actively contribute to the business, using your expertise to provide critical, independent perspectives that challenge and refine our approach to risk management, operational efficiency, and commercial strategy.

This role will involve reviewing and enhancing policies and performance concerning the Audit and Risk Committee's items and recommending appropriate means to ensure high levels of accountability, best practice, and corporate governance aligned with our corporate objectives and growth plans.
