We are currently sourcing for several Team Leaders to join a large team of qualified professionals who will support and enable Suffolk County Council to fulfil its statutory duties to Home First customers and their families.

As a team leader you will be personally accountable for specific identified targets within the broader remit of the team.  You will promote a customer focused culture by effectively performance managing, developing, and directing a team of Reablement Support Workers.

No day will be the same within this role, you will have to demonstrate strong resilience at times, work to strict deadlines and provide a high quality of service.

-West Suffolk House – Bury St Edmunds

£12.83 per hour rising to £14.02 after 12 weeks.

  • Travel across the county to attend meetings may be required.
  • Hybrid working available, potentially attending the office once or twice a week.
  • Ability to be flexible around covering management levels to ensure front line service is not affected.
