About the job:

We are currently supporting in the recruitment of social workers within the newly established Northamptonshire Children’s Trust.

Northamptonshire Children’s Trust is building a journey of improvement for Children’s services in Northamptonshire. The Trust has been created with strong leadership, clear direction and a culture of support, respect, challenge and reflection which enables staff to thrive and make a real difference in their role, supporting children and young people in Northamptonshire to be the best they can be.

We are currently seeking permanent social workers in a variety of teams/roles to join the Trust at this exciting moment of development and have the opportunity to play a key role in the Trust’s journey to success, where best practice can thrive, staff are enabled and supported and children and young people are kept at the heart of the organisation.

  • Duty and Assessment – Salary in the region of £43,419.00 per annum
  • Support and Safeguarding – Salary in the region of £40,597.00 per annum
  • Children in Care – Salary in the region of £40,597.00 per annum
  • MASH – Salary in the region of £43,419.00 per annum
  • Senior Social Workers – Salary in the region of £43,419.00 per annum
  • Advanced Practitioners – Salary in the region of £46,273.00 per annum
  • Team Managers – Salary in the region of £55,494.00 per annum
  • £8,000 relocation package (subject to terms and conditions)
  • Career progression scheme
  • 27 days’ annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays
  • 5 extra days’ annual leave with 5 years’ continuous local authority service
  • Flexible working hours
